Tenderness really is at the heart of everything we do. Find out more.
At Tenderlinks, we understand the importance of providing a nurturing and caring environment for children during their precious early years. Our dedicated nursery practitioners are passionate about delivering high-quality early years education, and we strive to create a 'home from home' atmosphere in all of our nurseries. We believe that every child is unique and should be given the space to develop at their own pace, and we make every effort to ensure that all of their physical, intellectual, and emotional needs are met.
Our Approach
Our approach is centered around providing a caring and nurturing environment that allows children to feel relaxed, happy, safe, and secure. We understand that every child is unique and has their own individual needs, and we make every effort to ensure that these needs are met. Our dedicated nursery practitioners are passionate about delivering high-quality early years education, and we adapt our teaching methods to suit the age and ability of each individual child. We want all of the children in our care to develop a positive attitude to education, and we provide encouragement and support to help them learn new skills at their own pace.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to support the development of young children. Our nurseries provide access to the full EYFS curriculum, and we adapt our teaching methods to suit the age and ability of each individual child. We also provide regular updates to parents and carers through our Famly childcare management software, which allows families to stay informed about their child's progress and daily routine. Additionally, we operate a strict staff to children ratio, and all of our nursery practitioners must have a BA in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent NVQ qualification (Level 3 or higher).
Our Values
At Tenderlinks, we expect everyone - our staff, parents, and children - to help us uphold our nine principle values, which are: Respect, Consideration, Equality, Co-operation, Acceptance, Honesty, Partnership, Well-being, and Home. We believe that these values are essential in maintaining our nurturing environment and providing the best possible start in life for the children in our care.
Our Locations
We have several locations across the UK, including Streatham, Norbury, Godalming, Wandsworth, and Elstead, as well as an international location in Warsaw, Poland. Our nurseries are open 51 weeks of the year, from Monday to Friday, and we operate a 7.30am to 6pm schedule, with extended hours available at some locations.

Concerns

They also reported that their child would come home with scratches, red eyes, and crying, and that the staff would often call them with excuses about the child being sick. The reviewer ultimately switched nurseries due to these concerns.
Conclusion
Overall, Tenderlinks Nursery seems to provide a caring and engaging environment for children, with responsive staff and a focus on development and progress. However, it is clear that not every parent may have a positive experience, and it is important for parents to do their research and visit the nursery in person to get a sense of its culture and practices.
