Design, Create, Relax - Your Dream Bathroom Awaits

At Dallington School, we are a progressive, family-owned village school in the heart of London, welcoming children from 3 to 11 years old. Our founders, Mogg Hercules, envisioned a school that offers an alternative, creative, and child-centred learning environment, unlike most traditional schools of the time.

Our Philosophy

We believe that there is no rush to education. We champion independence and natural progression as an antidote to the increasingly frenetic educational world. Our approach is to nurture curious, creative, confident, kind, and enthusiastic lifelong learners. We aim to help our children become self-aware global citizens, equipped to handle the challenges of the 21st century.

Our Education

Our education is built on a foundation of creativity, curiosity, and community. Our teaching staff are exceptional, and our children have a voice, are allowed to make mistakes, question, and challenge. This immersive approach helps our children develop academic distinction and become well-rounded, delightful people.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to foster independent learning, develop key skills, and nurture creative expression. From Nursery to Year 2, our children explore the world of literacy, numeracy, and creative arts. In Years 3-6, our children delve deeper into cross-curricular topics, develop problem-solving skills, and become autonomous learners.

Outdoor Learning

We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Our Outdoor Education programme, Urban Forest School, allows our children to explore nature, develop teamwork skills, and become leaders.

Our Community

At Dallington School, we value individuality and diversity. We believe that every child is unique and has their own strengths and passions. We celebrate our children's differences, supporting them to grow into confident, empathetic individuals.

Our Facilities

Our school is situated in the heart of London, with easy access to public transport. Our modern facilities include well-equipped classrooms, a library, a gym, and a playground, ensuring our children have the best possible learning environment.

Our Staff

Our teaching staff are experienced, passionate, and dedicated to providing a holistic education. They work closely with parents and our children to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Our History

Founded in 1978, Dallington School has a rich history of innovation, creativity, and community. We are proud of our heritage and continue to evolve, adapting to the changing needs of modern education.

Our Values

We value creativity, curiosity, and community. We believe that every child deserves a chance to blossom and grow, free from the pressures of traditional education. We strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
