Nicolas Van Patrick (NVP) is a boutique estate agency situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, founded by Nicolas Pejacsevich and Patrick Alvarado in 2014. In late 2017, NVP expanded by purchasing fellow Knightsbridge estate agency Hobart Slater, a firm with a rich heritage dating back to 1981. Knightsbridge was named for the bridge that spanned the river, connecting Hyde Park Corner to the Thames near Sloane Square. The area became renowned as a gathering place for knights embarking on crusades, seeking blessings from the Bishop of Fulham. Today, NVP continues this legacy by serving as a bridge between different areas of the Royal Borough, connecting Chelsea and Kensington in the same way the original open land that became Knightsbridge did.
