Poor Experience with BestGapp
The author, Maribel Montero, had a terrible experience with BestGapp, rating them 1 star. She entrusted Michael Bennett of BestGapp with the letting of her property, but they failed to properly check the background of the tenant and gave a security key to an unnamed tenant. The property was left in a dilapidated state, and the tenant failed to clean the property professionally. BestGapp held a lien over the deposit, which the author believes is illegal.
