NHS Update: COVID-19 Travel
The NHS is well-prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal. We advise checking online at gov.uk and at nhs.uk for advice on your travel and contact history and the latest COVID-19 information before attending the dental practice.

Poor Dental Work and Rude Staff
Several reviewers have had a poor experience with this dental practice. Joe B. received a subpar root canal that crumbled within weeks, and he had a rude dentist who wanted to pull several teeth out. He also had a bad experience with another dentist who did a rough job on one of his teeth. Katherine O'Donnell's experience was also poor, as she had to wait for five months for an appointment, which was then cancelled due to circumstances beyond her control. She was told that her appointment would be marked as a "failure to show" and she would be taken off the practice's books.
Friendly and Helpful Dentsits
However, many reviewers have had positive experiences with this practice. H. Khokhar had a great experience with an emergency appointment, saying that the dentist was helpful and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Graham Dixon also had a good experience, saying that all the staff he dealt with were friendly, which was a welcome change from his previous dentist. Mark Farrier and James T. also praised the practice, saying that they received great service and friendly staff. James Melson had a positive experience as well, saying that he was impressed with the politeness, experience, and treatment he received.
Concerns with Receptionists
However, not all the reviewers have had positive interactions with the receptionists. P Pandora Taylor had a negative experience with a receptionist who was very rude to her when she had to cancel an appointment due to illness. Katherine O'Donnell also had a negative experience with a receptionist who was unwilling to reschedule her appointment.
Concerns with Workplace Hygiene
Potty Harry had a concern about workplace hygiene, saying that he saw two men working on cars in the waiting room, covered in oil and grime, which made him doubt the cleanliness of the practice.
