Poor Communication and Unreliable Service

Multiple reviewers have expressed frustration and disappointment with the company's communication and responsiveness. Hannah, Sreejith Somashekaran, and Stun all reported difficulties in arranging viewings or getting a response from the company.

Lack of Responsiveness

Hannah and Sreejith Somashekaran both mentioned that they had to call and email multiple times to arrange a viewing, only to be ignored. They were asked for their availability and then received no response. Sreejith Somashekaran mentioned that he was promised a call back, but it never came.

Unreliable Maintenance and Repairs

Stun reported that the company failed to carry out necessary work at the house, despite taking rent payments. The house had multiple Category A issues, which Stun found disgusting.

Overall Disappointment
