Little People at The Limes is a nursery school located in a beautifully renovated Victorian building in Longridge, Preston. We provide quality care and pre-school education for children aged from babies to 5 years. Our professional staff are all highly qualified in child care and have many years of experience. Our philosophy is to take care of the bodies whilst stimulating the minds of all the young people in our nursery.
Our Settings
We have four settings within our nursery: Lilypads, Tadpoles, Frogs, and Pre-School. Each setting is designed to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Our staff are passionate about their work and strive to make children smile every day.
Our Services
At Little People at The Limes, we offer a range of services to support the development of your child. Our nursery is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and we offer flexible session times to fit around your needs. We provide meals on a daily basis, made in our kitchen which has a 5 Star Hygiene Rating. Our team is highly qualified and experienced, and we strive to provide a fun, loving, and caring environment for all children.
We also offer a range of activities and learning opportunities, including outdoor play, music, dance, and art. Our aim is to provide the best child care in Longridge, Preston, outside of your home.

Our Team
Our team is led by Jane, our Owner/Manager, who has many years of experience in child care. She is highly qualified and has a naturally nurturing disposition. Our team also includes Emma, our Acting Deputy Manager, and Beth, our Acting Deputy Manager and SENCO. Our staff are all highly qualified and experienced, and we strive to provide a fun, loving, and caring environment for all children.
