We cater for children aged between 3 months and pre-school, offering an exceptional standard of care and early education. Our nursery is situated in the heart of Ribbleton, Preston, and is easily accessible from the M6 and major bus routes.

Our Indoor and Outdoor Environments

At Cliff House Nursery, we take pride in our spacious, detached property, set in a quarter-acre of enclosed gardens. Our nursery is designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment for your child, with state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor facilities. Our outdoor space includes an all-weather 'Safersurface' playground with a Pirate Ship, sandpit, racing track, herb garden, and much more. We also have a large garden with a mini-orchard, adventure castle, jungle den, outdoor mirrors, musical instruments, and talking tubes. Our under 2's have their exclusive section of the playground, enabling them to play and learn safely. Our indoor space is divided into three age bands, with each area specifically designed and equipped to meet the needs of the children.

We support the children throughout the day, encouraging them to try new activities, build friendships, be creative, play co-operatively, develop independence, and express themselves with confidence. At Cliff House Nursery, we believe that play is a vital part of a child's learning and development. We offer a wide range of toys, resources, craft materials, and activities, enabling each child to explore, discover, and learn at their own pace. Our curriculum is designed to provide a rich and varied learning experience, with a focus on play-based learning and development.

Fully Funded Places Available

We offer fully funded places to qualifying 2, 3, and 4-year-olds, making high-quality childcare accessible to all families. Our sessions run from a half day to full time, and we are open 8 am to 6 pm, 51 weeks a year.
