NHS Treatment

At Park View Family Dental, we offer a full range of NHS treatments, adhering to the three NHS charge bands.

Band 1: This charge of 26.80 covers an examination, diagnosis, advice, and preventative care. Additionally, it includes x-rays, a scale and polish, and planning for further treatment if necessary. Emergency or urgent treatment is also covered under Band 1.
Band 2: For 73.50, you will receive all treatments offered under Band 1, as well as additional procedures such as fillings, root canal treatment, periodontal treatment, and tooth extractions.
Band 3: At 319.10, this band covers all treatments provided in Bands 1 and 2, in addition to more complex and intricate procedures, including crowns, dentures, and bridges.

Your dentist will provide a personal treatment plan outlining the costs before you undergo Band 2 or 3 treatment. You will be asked to read and sign the plan. If you have discussed private treatment with your dentist, the details and costs will be listed separately on the treatment plan.

Please note that certain individuals may be exempt from NHS charges. If you believe you may be eligible, please inquire about obtaining the appropriate forms.
