Welcome to The Escape, Llandudno's highly acclaimed and leading contemporary boutique bed & breakfast hotel. Located at 48 Church Walks, Llandudno, Gwynedd, North Wales, LL30 2HL, The Escape is the perfect destination for a well-deserved weekend break, a child-free retreat, or an alternative to conventional corporate business accommodation.
At The Escape, you can escape with friends and book the entire villa for a private 'House Party'. Each of our nine double bedrooms has been individually designed with a unique, luxurious contemporary theme, complete with features such as flat-screen TVs, Blu Ray Disc Players, and free Wireless Broadband access. Room rates range from 135 to 175 per room per night, inclusive of VAT and a full breakfast. Please note that we are not suitable for children under the age of ten.

A Bit of History
The Escape was launched in October 2004 by Sam and Gaenor, who decided to "escape" their hectic lifestyles after the birth of their daughter, Grace, to open Llandudno's first Boutique B&B. Since then, we have transformed the grand Victorian villa from five flats into one of the UK's coolest B&Bs. Now in its 19th year, The Escape remains Llandudno's premier place to stay for those wanting a unique, sexy, fun, and quirky experience. We have attracted many celebrities, rock bands, and VIPs, including TV stars such as Jonny Vegas and Janet Street Porter.
Meet the Team
Our team at The Escape is a small and close-knit group that includes Sam, Gaenor, Grace, Vanessa, and Mel. Each team member contributes their skills and extensive local knowledge to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay.
Sam Nayar, our Proprietor, previously worked as a General Manager in the cinema and Bingo Industry and has recently released his own reggae album, available on all major digital music platforms. Gaenor Loftus, our "Design Guru, " studied Fashion & Interiors before launching The Escape and works behind the scenes, looking after our sea view holiday apartments and caring for the cats at home.
Grace Nayar, our General Manager, has recently achieved a First Class Honours in her Undergraduate Degree in Events Management and is now Escape's new General Manager. She ensures that everything runs smoothly, and our guests enjoy a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
