The Shelbourne Hotel Llandudno is a 15 bedroom family-run hotel situated in the centre of the iconic Llandudno Promenade on the beautiful North Wales Coast. Our hotel has stunning views from all bedrooms that are above the ground floor, sea views over the two Ormes or over to the mountains of Snowdonia from the rear-facing rooms. Notable on-site facilities include a dining room and bar with a panoramic view over Llandudno Bay, Guest car park at the rear of the property, and a lift to all floors in the hotel. Guests are kept sustained with the tastiest of traditional Welsh breakfasts.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All bedrooms are tastefully appointed, with en-suite bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. Our well-stocked cosy bar offers panoramic sea views, and our dining room serves delicious traditional Welsh breakfasts. We also have a lift to all floors, and a free car park exclusively for our guests. We welcome pets in our dog-friendly rooms, and well-behaved children over the age of 16 are also welcome.
In addition to our hotel services, we also offer a self-catering holiday cottage, Ty Penry, which is ideally located in a quiet residential area of Llandudno. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a large lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. The cottage also has a courtyard with a table and chairs, and a utility room with a toilet, hand wash basin, washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.

Our hotel is located in the heart of Llandudno, within walking distance of the town's main attractions, including Venue Cymru Theatre and the newly developed shopping complex, Parc Llandudno. We are also just a short stroll from the stunning Llandudno Promenade, which offers breathtaking views of the coastline.
