Our History

Established in 2006, AM Property Management (NI) Ltd (AMPMni) began as a block management company. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include a full range of estate and management agents' services, including sales, lettings, rental management, block management, and ground rent collection. This allows us to offer our clients a "one stop" company to look after all their property needs.

Passivhaus Specialists

In 2023, we took the leap to become the first agents in the UK and Ireland to specialize in Passivhaus (Passive house) properties. Passivhaus is the gold standard of home building, with each part of the building process closely monitored and tested to ensure that it meets the Passivhaus Institute's high standards. Passivhaus homes are extremely energy efficient, with the key being to retain as much heat as possible within the home, so very little extra energy is required, saving massively on energy bills.

Our sales staff have undergone comprehensive training, partnering with the Passive House Association Ireland (PHAI), ensuring that our entire team is well-versed in the principles and benefits of Passive House living. We proudly stand as the only agency in the UK and Ireland with an in-house qualified Passive House Consultant.
