We operate extensively managing well over 150 properties throughout Belfast, Lisburn and further afield. Since our establishment, in February 2001, we have gained an impressive reputation for the service we provide. Letting Agency Experience
Poor Treatment of Tenants
The majority of reviewers have had a negative experience with the letting agency, citing poor treatment and unprofessional behavior from the agent. One reviewer, Emma Patterson, reported that the agent was hostile and accusatory during an inspection, blaming them for mold in the house. She also mentioned that the agent kept a significant portion of their deposit, claiming it was for wear and tear.
Another reviewer, Fithawit Solomon, had difficulty getting their deposit back and was met with uncooperative behavior from the agent. They were eventually told to speak with a solicitor without being given a clear explanation.
Difficulty with Accessibility and Communication
Some reviewers had issues with accessing the agency's services, with Roy Douglas commenting that it's necessary to call ahead to ensure someone is available to assist. Fithawit Solomon also had trouble communicating with the agent, having to make multiple calls to try and resolve their deposit issue.
Positive Experience
On a more positive note, Paul Lavery had a very different experience with the agency, thanking the staff for their help during his time as a tenant.
