Our Expertise
We specialise in the manufacture of precision turned components in any material from stainless steel to plastic. We can manufacture any batch size from 1 to 100,000 on Citizen sliding head machines and multi-axis turn/mill machines with 65mm bar capacity and full CNC milling. We can turn parts up to 300mm in diameter.
Our Services
Our range of services includes high-quality and bespoke CNC machining, CNC turning and milling, turned parts, complex machining, and fabrication services. We also offer welding, fabrication, and polishing services, as well as heat treatment and plating through approved sub-contractors. Our state-of-the-art plant equipment includes CNC sliding head machining, CNC turning/milling, CNC 5-axis milling, second-op machining, drilling, tapping, broaching, gear and keyway cutting, laser and water cutting, welding, fabrication, and vibro-deburring.
