Our machining capacity is designed to accommodate components up to 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm in size.
Fabrication
Our fabrication department specialises in designing and building fabrications up to 5 tonnes in weight, using various welding techniques. We cater to a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and more. Our fabrications can be custom-made to meet specific customer requirements.
Sheet Metalwork
Our sheet metalwork department is equipped to produce precision sheet metal components and assemblies in various materials. We specialise in creating complex shapes and geometries using our CNC machinery. We work closely with customers to bring their ideas to life, often from concept to completion.
Plasma Cutting
Our extensive plasma cutting facilities enable us to produce high-quality cut parts in various materials. We welcome the opportunity to work with customers to design and produce custom plasma cut parts for their specific applications.
Flame Cutting
Our flame cutting services take advantage of our multiple-head cutting machines to deliver accurate and efficient cut parts. We cater to customer specifications, ensuring precise cuts in various materials up to 250mm thick.
Surface Grinding
Our surface grinding services offer a range of rotary and reciprocating grinders to cater to customer needs. Our surface grinding capabilities enable us to produce high-quality grind parts in various materials, often complementing our flame cutting services.
Assembly and Finishing
