St Thomas Moorside C.E. (V.A.) Primary School is a small one form entry Primary School and part of a hard federation with East Crompton St James' Primary school, a few miles away. The schools share the same Governing body and resources across the two schools, including my leadership. Each school has a deputy headteacher who takes responsibility of the day to day running of their school. Our principles are simple; we work in partnership with parents to provide a happy and purposeful environment for our pupils to learn and reach their potential. We teach a broad and balanced curriculum that is enjoyable, imaginative, creative and challenging ensuring independence of every child. Staff at school value each child within a Christian Ethos of care, co-operation and friendship.
