Grafton Primary School is a Community Primary School for children between the ages of 2+ and 11. It has an excellent early years' provision including a nursery for children aged 3 and 4. It has a centre for two year olds and this operates on a part time basis, three hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon. The school serves a very diverse community in the centre of Holloway shopping and business area, and the school population reflects this rich cultural and ethnic mix. The school grounds are extensive with a formal garden and a wildlife garden. In this garden we have a science lab and an art room. 'The Poets Corner' is a lovely space for children to recite and read poems. The large pond provides a wealth of learning for all its pupils. The school enjoys an amazing creative learning environment, which promotes well-being and creativity to the highest level of achievement. Its calm and happy environment generates a wealth of learning to all its pupils.
