At Great Chart Motors, we have been a well-established family-run motor vehicle specialist since 1966, initially based in the village of Great Chart but now located in Ashford. In 2002, we moved to a 4,600 sq ft industrial unit on Montpellier Business Park, providing a comfortable and modern environment for our customers.
Growth and Development
Over the years, we have continuously invested in the latest technology and equipment to ensure that our workshop is well-equipped to cater to a vast array of vehicles, from a Mini to a Mercedes long wheelbase Sprinter, whether petrol or diesel. Our two 4-tonne ramps enable us to cater for all aspects of car repair, servicing, parts, sales, tyres, exhausts, and modifications.
Services Offered
We offer a wide range of services to both domestic and trade customers within the area. Our garage services include:
- MOT's on Class IV (cars) and VII (commercial) vehicles
- Servicing and all aspects of repairs, including welding and air conditioning
- Bodywork vehicle accident repairs
- Vehicle diagnostics on all European, BMW/Mercedes, and Japanese cars, as well as common rail diesel systems
Our diagnostic services include fault finding and repair for engine management systems, ABS and SRS airbags, key programming, and immobiliser rectification.
Dealership Services
At Great Chart Motors, we pride ourselves on providing a high level of service, similar to a dealership. Our experienced and certified technicians are trained to work on a variety of vehicles, ensuring that every customer leaves our workshop satisfied with the work done.

We stock an array of used cars and commercial vehicles, which are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before sale. We also provide a selection of parts and accessories to help keep your vehicle running smoothly.
