Empowering Children, Enriching Lives, Every Day.

At Little Cherubs, we pride ourselves on being a small, family-run nursery that prioritises the welfare and care of children above all else. Our journey began in January 2000 when we opened our first nursery in Sydenham, and since then, we have expanded to include another nursery in the Shortlands area of Bromley.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is built on the principles of providing a safe, healthy, and loving environment that encourages children to grow and develop at their own pace. We believe that each child is unique and deserves to be treated as an individual, with their own strengths and weaknesses. We strive to create a nurturing atmosphere that fosters confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Our Environment

Our nurseries are designed to be warm, welcoming, and stimulating, with plenty of opportunities for children to explore, learn, and play. We believe that active learning and learning through play are essential for a child's development, and our staff work hard to ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, both indoors and outdoors.

Our Aims

At Little Cherubs, we aim to provide:

  • A safe and stimulating environment that encourages children to grow and develop

  • A strong partnership with parents and carers to ensure that every child receives the best possible care and education
  • A commitment to equality and inclusion, celebrating the diversity of our children and their families
  • A focus on each child as an individual, recognising their unique needs and abilities

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to support the development and well-being of our children, including:

  • Childcare and education for children from birth to five years old
  • A bespoke curriculum that focuses on active learning and learning through play
  • A qualified and experienced staff team that works closely with parents and carers to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and education

Our Nursery Libraries

We recognise the importance of reading and language development in early years education, and our nurseries have created a library system that provides access to a wide range of books and multimedia resources. This not only encourages a love of reading but also helps to develop important skills such as language and literacy.

Our Partnership with Parents

We believe that a strong partnership between parents, carers, and our nursery is essential for a child's development and well-being. We offer a range of ways for parents to get involved, including regular newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and opportunities to participate in decisions about nursery life.

Our Commitment

At Little Cherubs, we are committed to providing the highest-quality care and education for our children, and we are dedicated to ensuring that every child has the best possible start in life.
