Staff and Care
Parents have praised the staff, with Claire Jeffrey (5 stars) noting that the key worker is fully engaged and encouraging, and Emma Lawlor (5 stars) mentioning that the staff are happy, engaging, and attentive. Fees and Billing

She claims that the nursery has been issued a "Letter of concern" from Bromley council due to their invoicing practices.
Overall Satisfaction
While Claire Jeffrey (5 stars) and Emma Lawlor (5 stars) are very satisfied with their experience at Monkey Puzzle, Francesca Weeks' (1 star) review is overwhelmingly negative, leading to a mixed overall picture of the nursery.
