Services Offered
Our state-of-the-art facilities and expert team enable us to offer a comprehensive range of CNC services, including CNC Turning and CNC Milling. Our capabilities allow us to produce turned and milled parts from a variety of materials, including brass, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and plastics. We cater to a diverse range of customers across multiple sectors and industries, providing precision engineering services with fast turnaround times.
CNC Turning
Our CNC Turning department is equipped with the latest Haas TL-15 CNC sub-spindle lathe, which allows us to process parts with diameters ranging from 10-650mm. We specialise in stainless steel components, with extensive expertise in mild steel, non-ferrous, and plastics materials. Our team can turn parts from solid, tubing, or castings as required, and we offer design for production services to control costs.
CNC Milling
Our CNC Milling department is equipped with a range of vertical machining centres and 4th axis CNC milling capabilities. We offer full profiling, milling, drilling, and tapping facilities, as well as volume batch manufacturing with scheduled call-off. Our team of experts can mill parts from solid, or castings as required, and we provide advanced vertical CNC milling services with 4th axis capability.

Our workshop consists of the latest range of CNC lathes, with bar capacity up to 650mm, and vertical machining centres. The machinery in our plant list includes:
