Aldersbrook Engineering is a precision machining company specialising in high-quality, high-precision machined parts. Established in 1989, our company has expertise in all areas of precision machining, including CNC milling, CNC turning, and conventional precision machining. As a subcontract machining service, we are involved in manufacturing a wide variety of engineering components for a diverse range of engineering industries, including construction, medical, television, architectural, semiconductor, and marine.
We have a wide manual and CNC precision machining capability, from one-off prototypes to small to medium batches, typically up to 200 off, although larger quantities are readily accommodated. Materials machined include steels, nimonics, aluminium, titanium, wood, and brass, in addition to plastics and cast materials.
Our Services
Our services include CNC turning, CNC milling, and conventional turning and milling. We offer a specialist design and manufacturing service for obsolete and replacement motor vehicle components to the trade, position equipment for the media and instrumentation markets, and scientific and research test equipment.
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning capabilities include precision machining components from 2mm dia up to 600mm dia and lengths up to 1.5 metres. We regularly undertake a broad cross-section of conventional lathe and CNC turning jobs, including profiling, taper turning, screwcutting, straight turning, internal and external grooving, and boring.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include producing quality components to the most exacting standards of shape and precision. We operate with a variety of CNC machining centres and offer a wide range of different CNC milling capabilities from small individual parts to large heavy-duty milling capability.
Conventional Turning and Milling
Our conventional turning and milling capabilities include a wide range of manual machines for secondary operations. We have expertise in all areas of precision machining and can work with a wide range of materials, including steels, nimonics, aluminium, titanium, wood, and brass, in addition to plastics and cast materials.
