Our Story

Our head chef, Ms Kurt, has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, having trained at the prestigious Hilton Hotel. She is passionate about using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, which are often organic and locally grown. Her inspiration comes from the farmer's market, local farms, and her own expansive garden, which provides a significant portion of the vegetables, fruits, salads, and herbs used in our dishes.
