Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including gear cutting, machine shop fabrication, and reverse engineering. Our gear cutting shop specializes in one-offs and can tailor-make gears to exact specifications, with the capability to do small to medium production runs. We also offer hardening and plating as secondary operations. In our machine shop, we have a wide range of machinery, including CNC and conventional DRO machines, allowing us to work with a variety of materials from quality-approved suppliers.
Our reverse engineering services enable us to manufacture and refurbish vintage engineering parts for a wide range of transport vehicles. We can reproduce components based on damaged and worn parts, often without the need for drawings. Our skilled workforce can work with a multitude of industries, including paper, marine, textile, leather, printing, transmission, and oil.
