Our History
Did you know that our building has a rich history? The Mount Edgcumbe has been welcoming guests since 1738, and we're proud to say that even the famous Arctic explorer Admiral Parry stayed with us in 1839. Today, we continue to build on this legacy, offering a unique blend of history, warmth, and exceptional hospitality.

All Are Welcome
We warmly welcome all guests, including families with children, and even your four-legged friends! Please note that dogs are allowed in our bar area and downstairs restaurant, but not in our upstairs restaurant. We regret that we do not have any Blue Badge/Disabled parking spots, so please keep this in mind when visiting us.
