Our Story
Village Properties opened for business in 1980, and we've been successfully selling and letting property for local people in and around the Reading area ever since. We moved to our current office in the village centre of Tilehurst on School Road in 1986, which has given us maximum exposure to the local population and visitors alike. Today, we are proud to be the longest established independent estate agent in Tilehurst.

Our Team
Our team at Village Properties is headed up by our Managing Director, Charlie Higgs, who has been an estate agent in Reading since 1996. Our sales progression is managed by Sales Director Sarahjane Smart, and our valuations are managed by James Fletcher. Our sales team includes Riccardo Matrubhutam, Joe Taphouse, Donna Taphouse, and Kiera Jones. Our lettings department is managed by Sarahjane Smart and assisted by Beth Westbury.
