Cutting Services
Our cutting services include plasma cutting, laser cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting. As HD plasma cutting specialists, we can accurately dissect materials with a jet of superheated plasma. Our laser cutting service is equipped with a TCI Dynamicline 8kw fibre laser cutter, capable of handling 3000mm x 1500mm sheets and cutting 25mm thick mild steel to an accuracy of 0.05mm. Our oxy-fuel cutting service provides a cost-effective production process with superior cut quality, ideal for thick materials.
Metal Fabrication Services
Our fully stocked fabrication shop can take care of your carbon steel, stainless steel, armex, hardox or aluminium welding needs. Our qualified welders are experienced in various welding techniques and skilled in fabricating ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We utilise both MIG and TIG facilities, and our welding shop is powered by a Panasonic welding machine for volume work or where a high degree of repeatability is required.
