Our turning services are equipped with the latest CNC machining technology. Our modern precision engineering facility has a comprehensive CNC turning section, featuring a range of machines from renowned manufacturers such as Mazak and Hardinge. Our range of CNC turning machinery includes:
- Mazak Nexus 200MY 8" Chuck Driven Tooling
- Mazak Nexus 200MS 8" Chuck Driven Tooling
- Mazak QT-10M 6" Chuck
- Hass ST-10 6" Chuck
We also have a range of manual turning machinery, including Colchester 2500 and Hardinge tools.
Gear Cutting
Our gear cutting services involve working closely with our customers and tooling providers to manufacture involute splines in-house. Our team is certified by the British Gear Association (the BGA) and uses go & no-go gauges during manufacture and the "Mitutoyo Gear-Pak" software at the subsequent stage inspection operation. We can also provide examples of gears cut in-house.
