At Millie's House Nurseries and Pre-Schools, we believe that 'every child is a unique child who is constantly learning and can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured'. With five nursery and pre-school locations across London, we strive to make each child's early education experiences positive and meaningful. Our aim is to provide a welcoming, warm, secure, and caring environment where children can experiment, have fun, take risks, learn from their experiences, and grow in confidence. We emphasise and value the uniqueness and individuality of each child.
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is designed to be a joint partnership with parents and professionals. We welcome parents to take part in the curriculum and the journey in learning about the EYFS and the supporting frameworks and legislation around what we do.
Our Nurseries
At Millie's House Nurseries and Pre-Schools, we have five locations across London, including Cambridge Avenue, Fulham Palace, Fulham Reach, Parsons Green, Westminster, and Woodlands Avenue. Our nurseries are bound together by the Millie's House ethos to provide exceptional standards of care and education, and yet each nursery has freedom to develop its own individual and unique character.

Nursery and Preschool Curriculum
Our Learn through Play pedagogy is made up of strategies, approaches, theories, and techniques that influence how we teach and support the children to learn in our settings, dependent on their individual needs and stages of development. The curriculum will be unique to the setting and ensure all children make progress in the 7 areas of learning. This will be supported by the opportunities and experiences on offer which you will see in our enabling environments, positive relationships and the learning and development of all children. Our main aim is to encourage all children to be independent, self-motivated learners and to be equipped with the resilience skills to deal with any challenges they may face. We offer a variety of fun learning activities and experiences both inside and outside, utilising toys, arts and crafts, games, equipment and materials which develop the children physically, educationally and emotionally.
Our Staff
We plan to continue raising the bar of future childcare provision by challenging complacency and pioneering a forward-thinking approach today and every day. One way we will achieve this is to continue making significant investment in our staff by supporting their training and ongoing professional development. This is because Millie's House success to date can be attributed to the dedication of our staff and their leadership. How this manifests day-to-day is in the excellent relationships that our staff members have with the children and their parents. Millie's House Nurseries pride themselves on the commitment shown to the professional development of each individual team. Evidence of this is based upon the large number of staff who are studying or have studied to graduate level, from Foundation Degrees to Masters in Early Years.
