Poor Customer Service
Many customers have reported terrible experiences with the customer service at Garment Quarter. Helen Brown was "absolutely disgusted" after being refused a refund despite proof of purchase, and Neil Taylor was taken advantage of when the company refunded his money but then took it back out again. Daniel Stewart reported poor service when trying to return a pair of trainers, and Sheila Taylor had a issues with a refund that took a month to process. Tony Hemingsley was unhappy with the unhelpful staff and poor selection of products.
