Communication and Staff
Some reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the communication and handling of special needs children by the staff at the nursery. Tamuka Mtandagai gave the nursery 1 star, citing poor communication with the staff. Similarly, Jodie Kynoch, who has a child with additional needs, was unhappy with the managers' response, stating that they refused to apply for funding to support her child and instead told her to find a new nursery.
