Unsatisfactory Environment and Poor Management
Some reviewers have expressed disappointment with the environment and management at Tiny World. Sharelle Marriott, who gave the nursery 1 star, described the working environment as "bad" with "petty drama" among staff and "damp in ceiling" that was apparently left unaddressed for a long time. Martina Henderson also gave the nursery 1 star, citing issues with the food served to children, slow or unwillingness to make improvements, and a lack of flexibility from management. She also found the owner's approach to be "old school" and unprofessional.
Positive Aspects
Despite the negative reviews, some reviewers have praised the nursery's staff and environment. Lauren Armstrong, who also gave the nursery 5 stars, described the staff as "friendly and helpful" and the nursery as "warm and homey".
