Our Facilities and Capacity
Our 4.5-acre manufacturing facility in Basildon, Essex, is one of the largest pipe and steelwork fabrication facilities in the South East. We have a range of workshops, including piping workshops, steelwork workshops, a heated paint spray pen, and a 5m high shot-blasting pen. Our facility is ideally located, just 10 miles from the M25, 13 miles from Tilbury dock, 33 miles from Stansted Airport, and 10 miles from Southend Airport, making it easily accessible for transportation across the UK and overseas.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including pipework and steelwork fabrication in a variety of materials, welding, testing, shot blasting, protective coating, plant installation, and other ancillary services such as maintenance, repair, trial assembly, and labour supply. We also offer supporting services, including material procurement, non-destructive testing, design, machining, scaffolding, electrical and instrumentation, insulation, civils, and refractory lining, all available from our trusted list of approved contractors.

We hold certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 for Quality, 14001:2015 for Environmental, OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety, Achilles UVDB Verify, and F4N (Fit for Nuclear). All of our welding is carried out to procedures approved by RTPO's or notified bodies to ASME IX & BS EN ISO 15614, and all our welders are approved to either ASME IX or BS EN ISO 9606-1.
