Positive: Parents have praised the nursery's excellent communication, kind staff, and ability to support children's needs.
Negative: One parent reported a negative experience during the settling-in phase, citing a lack of attention to their child's needs and poor communication.

Settling In and Staff

Some parents have reported a smooth settling-in process, with their children forming strong bonds with the staff and other children. On the other hand, one parent had a negative experience during the settling-in phase, feeling that the staff were not fully attentive to their child's needs and that there was a lack of communication.

Communication and Updates

The use of an app to communicate with parents has been praised by some, with regular updates throughout the day about their child's activities, meals, and nap times. This has been particularly helpful for parents who are away from their child during the day, allowing them to plan for their child's needs when they return home. However, another parent has reported that their new nursery does not provide this level of communication, and that they often do not get to hear about their child's day.

Staff Quality

The quality of the staff has been consistently praised, with many parents reporting that the staff are kind, caring, and engaging. However, one parent did report that the staff member they interacted with seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the needs of multiple children.

Nap Time and Food

Some parents have expressed concerns about the availability of nap time and food for their children. One parent reports that their child did not drink water or eat food during their stay at the nursery, while another parent reports that their child's needs were well met during their time at the nursery.

Daycare Experience

Some parents have reported a seamless transition for their child to the daycare, with little fuss or adjustment required. However, one parent reports that their child did struggle to settle in, but that the staff were able to support their child and help them to adapt to the new environment.

Comparison

Some parents have compared their experience at this nursery to others they have used, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each.
