Many customers have reported having a negative experience with this company, citing poor customer service and long delays with refunds. Refund Issues have been a common complaint, with some customers waiting for extended periods of time, even after being told when they could expect their refund.

One customer, Edijs Vezauskis, gave a 1-star rating and described the company as a "complete waste of time and money, " stating that they would do anything to tell customers what they want to hear.

Val Rossi also gave a 1-star rating and reported a similar experience. They tried to cancel a gap insurance policy after changing cars, only to be made to wait 30 working days for a refund. Despite being told that the refund would be processed on day 29, it was still pending on day 30.
