Recent projects we have completed include a beautiful shed conversion at Hall Farm, Dadlington, a stunning new build development at Beaumont Construction, Orton on the Hill, and a charming oak frame extension in Congerstone. We have also completed a bespoke dwelling in Wellsborough, a residential remodeling project in Bulkington, and a number of other unique and exciting projects.

Meet the Team
Our team is made up of experienced architects and technologists, each with a unique set of skills and expertise. Our co-directors, Lee Ward and Zoe Massey, have a wealth of experience in a variety of architectural fields, and are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
Lee Ward is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and CDM Specialist, with a passion for delivering high-quality projects. Zoe Massey is a fully qualified Architect, with experience in projects of all sizes and disciplines. Jane is a fully qualified architect with experience in various sectors, including residential design, and is actively involved in the East Midlands RIBA community.
Richard Davies has over 18 years of postgraduate architectural experience, with a diverse portfolio of projects spanning housing, education, MOD, prisons, libraries, retail, conservation, urban regeneration, and hotels. David Banks is a Senior Technologist with extensive experience in the industry, including running his own practice for a number of years. Sam Spencer joined us as an Apprentice and has since completed his Apprenticeship program with Hayward Architects.
