Staniforth Architects is an award-winning design-led architecture studio founded in 2007. Our team of creative designers is skilled in delivering a design-led and client-focused service. From our studios in Leicester and Market Harborough, we work with clients across a wide range of residential and commercial sectors throughout the UK.

Our Services

We offer a full, flexible package of architectural services to our national client base, ranging from large-scale developers to individual self-builds. Our services include concept design and brief preparation, site appraisals, feasibility sketch studies, interior design, pre-planning applications, developed design and planning applications, listed building applications, technical design and tender drawings, building regulation drawings, construction drawings, on-site role and contract administration, and 3D visualisation and marketing material.

Our Team

Our team is proud of its architectural talent. Our experienced and creative team is well-versed in delivering well-designed and commercially balanced projects. Our team is led by Managing Director Lee Staniforth, who has over 30 years of practical experience in the construction industry. Lee is joined by Director Ian Palmer, who has extensive design and on-site job running experience across a broad range of sectors. Our team also includes Director Peter Staniforth, who specializes in company, commercial, and insurance disputes and litigation, and Studio Manager Yoyo Duncan, who joined us in 2024 with a background in fashion photoshoot production.
