Reviews
Positive: Several guests praised the hotel's luxurious surroundings, excellent service, and high-quality food.
Negative: Despite the generally positive reviews, Duff DaStuff's experience was a significant disappointment.

Disappointing Experience

A recent guest, Duff DaStuff, had a disastrous stay at Dalhouise Castle, describing their experience as a "huge disappointment". The guest had booked a luxurious stay for their 20th wedding anniversary, expecting a classy dinner and various amenities such as a spa, library, and free champagne. However, they were met with disappointment at every turn. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and many of the advertised amenities were not available or not as described. The guest's experience was further marred by being seated next to a rowdy family with a young child during dinner, and being charged extra for their meal.

Positives

Despite the unfortunate experience of Duff DaStuff, other guests had a more pleasant stay at Dalhouise Castle.
