Brookerflynn Architects Limited is a Chartered firm of Architects based in Leicestershire with representation in London. Founded in 1966, the company is owned entirely by the current Executive Directors; consequently, there is no holding company nor formal association with any other company. Operating nationally and internationally, the business has considerable experience in a wide range of projects and sectors relating to both new and existing buildings. Predominately specialising in Retail, our sector experience also includes; Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential.

Our flexibility in production of information is testament to our continued commitment to stay at the forefront in early adoption of new related technologies. The design office is proficient in BIM, CAD and CGI output. We pride ourselves in looking after your (the clients) best interests and exceeding your expectations to deliver projects on time and on budget. As a result, we obtain a large percentage of our work through repeat business and recommendation.

Reflecting the importance in maintaining a high standard of personal service to the client in both the public and private sectors, we undertake all aspects of the RIBA Plan of Work from 'Strategic Definition' to 'Handover' and 'In Use' Stages.

With an overarching expertise in Retail architecture we have successfully been able to apply these demanding sector skills within other industry sectors to best effect. At Brookerflynn we understand the benefit of collaborative working. This has enabled the establishment of close working relationships with many respected construction related organisations in the UK. Ranging from developers, legal advisors, Asset Managers and contractors; to related consultants including Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Building Service Engineers, Structural and Civil Engineers, Planning and Approved Building Control Inspectors and BREEAM Assessors.

BIM and Design Technology

Brookerflynn Architects have vast experience with a wide range of appropriate software and make continued investment in training, software and hardware to ensure the latest technologies are used, with a large proportion of our output now produced using Autodesk Revit. We started the changeover from AutoCAD to Revit in 2009, on a selection of trial projects, but very quickly adopted it on our commercial work. We now have a broad expertise and considerable experience on all types of projects, from small scale retail fit-outs to large multi-million pound developments.
