Located in the heart of Dunvegan, The Tables Guest House is a traditional, one-and-a-half-story building situated slightly elevated from the road, offering breathtaking views of Loch Dunvegan to the MacLeod's Tables Mountains. Dating back to 1896, our guest house exudes warmth and charm, making it the perfect haven for those seeking a relaxing break or a base for exploring the beautiful island of Skye.

Our Rooms

Our five comfortable and inviting bedrooms are located on the first floor, with four of them being en-suite and the fifth having a separate private bathroom. All our rooms are double rooms, with rooms 1, 2, 4, and 5 featuring king-sized beds, and room 3 having a double bed. Please note that some of our rooms have coombed ceilings, which may result in restricted headroom.

Each of our rooms is equipped with free Wi-Fi, television, and a welcome tray comprising coffee, tea, and homemade biscuits. Each bedroom also features a hairdryer, sewing kit, and cloth for cleaning footwear. For guests with allergies, our rooms are hypoallergenic, with all our duvets and top pillows filled with Alpaca wool, which keeps you cool in the summer and warm on the colder nights.

Amenities and Services

All our rooms have access to a conservatory with stunning views of Loch Dunvegan. We also offer complimentary hot drinks and homemade baking in the reception space, where you can relax and unwind. Our reception area is equipped with a Tassimo machine for serving hot chocolate, as well as a selection of Twinings teas and a coffee machine offering espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other coffee options. We also provide compostable cups for hot beverages and lids for convenience.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 4 pm onwards, and early check-in can be arranged by prior notice. Check-out is by 10 am, but you are welcome to take advantage of our reception area hot drinks facilities should your departure be delayed due to ferry or travel arrangements.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that we do not provide extra duvets due to storage issues, and all our rooms are non-smoking. We also do not accommodate children under 14 years of age, extra beds or cots cannot be placed in any of the rooms. Any bookings made with the intention of only staying one night and cancelling the second upon arrival will still incur the full amount for the two nights.
