At Little Scallywags Day Nursery, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and high standard of individual childcare. Our nurseries are designed to provide a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes learning and development. Our indoor areas are divided into individual, age-appropriate playrooms, each equipped with exciting resources and facilities designed to promote a love for learning. Our outdoor areas are also designed to provide a range of experiences for children to explore and learn new skills, including mud kitchens, climbing equipment, and real-life constructions areas.

Our Services

We offer a range of services and activities to support the development and growth of children in our care. These include:

• ICT facilities and after-school and holiday clubs
• Extra-curricular activities such as music specialists and the animal man
• Frequent visits to local parks and welly walks
• Cooking lessons from our nursery cook
• Graduate-led nurseries with Early Years professionals
• 10% sibling discount with two full-time children at nursery
• Two weeks' half-price holiday offered per year
• Free settle-in sessions and parents' evenings held twice a year
• Stay and play sessions and Christmas nativity performances for our Pre-School children
• Fantastic OFSTED reports and regular in-house training for staff, including First Aid and Safeguarding

Our on-site catering staff also prepare a wide range of fresh, healthy meals for all of our children, taking into consideration all dietary needs and requirements.

Our Settings

Little Scallywags Day Nursery consists of seven settings around the Birmingham and Staffordshire area. Our nurseries are a family-run business and benefit from the skills and experience of a strong management team, including nursing, qualified teacher status, and family support.
