*Holland Park / Residential* - Complete refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building and mews house, including new swimming pool, gym, spa, commercial kitchen, staff accommodation, and full external landscaping.

*Putney / Residential* - A new five-storey apartment building with underground car park, eight spacious apartments, and a large penthouse with roof terraces, achieving Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with solar generation and green roof construction.

*St John's Wood / Residential* - Alteration and extension of a 19th-century detached dwelling house in a Conservation Area, including complete internal reconstruction, reinstatement of original gable form, a new basement under the original house and 50% of the garden, and a cantilevered stone feature staircase linking the property through all floors.

*Covent Garden / Residential* - A new eight-storey limestone clad apartment building on an enclosed corner site in central London, with five apartments and a two-storey penthouse maisonette, and a building envelope that sets back at the upper levels to prevent overshadowing of surrounding properties.

*Knightsbridge / Residential* - The creation of eight serviced apartments and two penthouses over office and ancillary facilities, with demolition and rebuilding works taking place while maintaining the existing basement tenant in operation.

*Fulham / Residential* - Change of use / building conversion to form six apartments with pub/restaurant premises below, with complete reordering of internal layouts, new building services, fit out of interiors and finishes, refurbishment and repair of external building envelope.
