Poor Experience
Several guests have reported disappointing experiences at this hotel. One guest, Amy Breyer, was appalled by the condition of her room, which was found to have a toilet full of poop upon arrival. Despite reporting the issue, the front desk clerk refused to switch their room, citing a supposed "refund issue". The guest was also unhappy with the noise from the bar below, as well as the lack of parking and the failure to print a paid invoice.
Another guest, K, had a room with a leaky ceiling, which made it impossible to shower without water leaking onto the floor. They also found the room to be overpriced and the bathroom door to be less than private. Macey Fisher had a range of complaints, including poor breakfast options, a faulty air conditioning unit, no washcloths, and a shower that flooded after every use.
Some Bright Spots
However, Michael Collins, a 5-star reviewer, had a wonderful stay at the hotel. He praised the location, service, and cleanliness of his room, which had many amenities such as a heater, hair dryer, and Netflix.
