New owners Dave and Heather Saunders extend a warm welcome to each and every guest at the Trout Inn, Beulah. Nestled in the heart of Wales, our establishment is a stone's throw away from the little explored Cambrian Mountains, whose hidden delights include the Devil's Staircase and the Llyn Brianne Reservoir, with scenery that rivals that of the nearby Elan Valley. Whether you're joining us for a meal, a drink, or an overnight stay, we look forward to making your acquaintance.
The Pub
Come and relax in the comfort of the Trout Inn pub. We offer a selection of house beers, wine, and spirits, as well as a guest real ale for you to sample. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, the pub is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside.
In addition to our regular offerings, we hold a number of special nights throughout the month, including bingo, darts, and quiz nights. The locals are keen supporters and fundraisers for the Wales Air Ambulance and other charities, making our pub not just a place to eat and drink, but a hub of community activity.
Home Cooked Food
At the Trout Inn, we take pride in the fact that the majority of our meals are home-cooked at our pub kitchen. Our specials menu is updated regularly, and you can find it displayed in the restaurant. Our set menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, including:
- Starters: Soup of the day, garlic mushrooms, prawn cocktail, and more
- Main Courses: Fish and chips, lasagne, steak and ale pie, and more
- Desserts: Sticky toffee pudding, apple crumble, and more
We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, ensuring that each meal is as delicious as it is sustainable.
