Quality Engineering Guaranteed From Day 1

At Styles Precision Ltd, we are committed to upholding the highest level of quality in our work. We understand that consistent dimensional accuracy and aesthetics are essential for all parts. That's why we have invested in cutting-edge technology and machinery, such as a fully programmable CAD-linked CMM (Aberlink Axiom), which can measure in three dimensions to an accuracy of 2.5m. Our milling and turning capacity is split across two units, each equipped with their own inspection station, ensuring all jobs are thoroughly checked before moving through the shop floor.

All parts are manufactured to stringent standards, using a wide variety of materials, from commonly used standard grades to more specialised materials for bespoke applications. We offer surface finishing arrangements, if required, to provide the customer with the convenience of a fully finished part. All parts are subject to final inspection, and we can provide a full "First Article Inspection Report" upon request, before dispatch.
