Tennant Engineering Services Ltd is a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in mild and stainless steel fabrication and coded welding, producing high-quality products for customers across the UK. Our Services

Our range of services includes bespoke steel fabrication, machining, and finishing. We operate from our site near Stourbridge, in the West Midlands, and are centrally located to M5, M6, M40, and M42 motorway links. Our facility is equipped to manufacture batch or single-unit fabrications up to 10 tonnes in weight, using prime quality and certified materials. Our welding processes include MMA and MIG, with all welders coded to both European and American standards. We also offer a comprehensive machining service, including bed and floor type milling machines, large horizontal and floor boring machines, and more.

Quality Control

Quality is paramount within our organisation. Our fabricators and coded welders are experienced and qualified in all aspects of their work. Inspection of fabrications is carried out by third-party authorities such as Lloyds Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping, and the SAFED group of companies, among others. The quality of welding is assured by the use of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetration inspection methods. We observe stringent QA and inspection procedures throughout the fabrication and welding processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
