Our team is made up of experienced professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. We have architects, architectural technicians, and associates who are passionate about what they do and are dedicated to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Meet our team:

• Daynah Hill, Practice Manager: Daynah keeps the wheels of the studio moving and looks after us all, as well as finding time to support the boss. She is an Elvis lover, fashionista, and self-confessed shopaholic.
• Alicja Kulakowska, Architectural Technician: Alicja is an experienced technician who joined the studio in 2016 after relocating to Scotland from Warsaw. She is a wife and mother of two, an amateur photographer, and the studio's own Mary Berry, making her the most popular member of the team.
• Richard Ramage, Senior Architectural Technician: Richard has over 30 years of experience in construction. He is a die-hard Ayr Utd supporter, proud father of a talented ballerina, and his musical taste is stuck in the 1970s.
• Natasha Houchin, Associate: Natasha is the Practice's sustainability and conservation expert, with over 20 years of experience in Architecture. When not spending time with her son, Natasha enjoys nature, music, and food and loves yoga to relax.
• Clara Gunnarsdottir, Architect: Clara is originally from Iceland and is LMA's answer to Pru Leith and our very own 'Star Baker'. She enjoys taking in as many gigs as she can and listens to the Foo Fighters and drinks white ale in her spare time.
• Steve McGhee, Principal: Steve is the boss and runs the business, as well as looking after our clients and bringing in new business. He is a dad of two, a husband, and a Mo Farah wannabe in his spare time.
• Vanessa Castro-Perez, Architect: Vanessa joins us from sunny Spain, where she brings a wealth of experience on large scale projects from both the continent and here in the UK.
• Kerrie Richmond, Senior Architect: Kerrie has a background in Commercial, Retail & Leisure sectors and a keen interest in sustainable design. She is a proud Mum of 2, a passionate gardener and cook, Star Wars-aholic, and keen cyclist.
• Alan Law, Associate: Alan is responsible for construction compliance for the studio and has over 25 years of experience. He spends all his spare time bowling and following his beloved football team.
• Jack McPike, Architectural Technician: Jack is an Architectural Technician who recently graduated from Glasgow College. He enjoys movies and gaming in his spare time.
• Jenna Sherriff, Architect: As the newest member of the team, Jenna brings with her experience in affordable housing developments, leisure, and industrial projects. Outside of work, she enjoys workouts, trying new hobbies or sampling the local coffee spots.
• Mark McHenry, Partner: Having come from the public sector, Mark has extensive experience in large scale education.
