The Design Process

Our design process is comprehensive and tailored to each project. It begins with a free initial consultation, where we discuss the scope of the work and provide a fee quotation for our involvement within the development. We then conduct a site analysis, working with other consultants to assess and survey the site. This may involve a straightforward dimensional survey, a topographical survey, or a soil/ground investigation.

We provide hand sketch proposals throughout the design process to assist visualisation prior to formalising your design. Where required, we can create a 3D model and photo montages for planning purposes and marketing. We then develop detailed presentation drawings, construction drawings, and specifications, incorporating renewable technologies and innovative construction methods where suitable.

Once the contract documentation is ready, we can assist with additional site details, specifications, tender documents, and title deeds. From initial discussions, sketch proposals, and working drawings, your project will soon become a physical structure that you can enjoy.
