We offer both fixed fees and fees based on an hourly charge rate, depending on the specific circumstances of each estate. Our fixed fee for obtaining a Grant of Probate ranges from 800 + VAT to 1,500 + VAT, depending on the complexity of the estate. We also provide a detailed breakdown of disbursements, including court fees and Land Registry fees, to ensure transparency in our pricing.
