NOCO Express Stores have a wide presence in Western New York and are known for their cleanliness and competitive prices for gas and food items. However, some customers have noted that after renovating their convenience stores, NOCO has reduced the variety of food items available.
Poor Service Experience with NOCO Installations
NOCO has also faced criticism for their service, particularly in regards to installations. One customer had a negative experience with an A/C installation at their office in Niagara Falls, as NOCO refused to service it due to "NY State doesn't allow us to go on ladders." The customer noted that NOCO had installed the system initially, making their refusal to service it disappointing. Another issue was with the installation of furnaces and A/C at a customer's home, where flimsy plastic drain hoses were used, leading to kinks, clogs, and leaks.
